The color green is said to represent nature, serenity, safety, healing, growth, fertility, harmony, relaxation. When it pokes its head through the debris of winter, it is all of those things.

  1. Green here in New England has scarcely advanced as far as your photo! But the green is so powerful, we wait (im)patiently for it to arrive and strengthen us. It’s hard to wrest the gaze from all the surrounding brown debris, though! Your photo will encourage me. Thank you.
